My name is Isabella Widell and I’m studying digital marketing at Medieinstitutet in Stockholm, Sweden. The program is broad and I’m learning everything from SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Analytics, digital advertisement, media planning and more. I will graduate in December 2022 and I’m very excited to explore the digital world! I’m eager to use the tools and knowledge I gain and to keep learning everything possible!

My journey have been filled with experiences and travel. I got myself a Bachelor degree in Logistics Service Management and after working within the logistics industry for a few years I decided to explore the world once again. I went to Canada and it’s beautiful nature where I encountered many independent business owners, eg Chocolate Tofino. I got involved in their journey to maintain and grow as a company and saw how they used social media to spread their name across Canada. 
As I got back to Sweden, I started working at Epidemic Sound where marketing, creativity and social media are major things. I also started to work part time at Stuntwood, an independent skate and snowboard shop in Stockholm.
Combined, the three companies have inspired me to explore the world of digital marketing. It’s exciting to see how bigger and smaller companies work with digital tools and how equally important it is for them to understand it and do it well. My goal is to master these tools and to become a pro digital marketer!

This video is published by Stuntwood, a Swedish snowboard and skate shop. I’ve been working there for the past couple of years and this is where I got inspired to study digital marketing. When they get their marketing right it becomes obvious what difference it makes in sales and how important digital marketing is, especially for a small company like theirs.
